  • Contact the studio. We will need to know date(s) and time(s) of your session and also secure a 50% down payment. Once a down payment is made, your session is confirmed. Final payment will be required before sending any files, or at end of session.

  • Yes. Taking a tour is often the best way to experience the space and have your questions answered. The coffee is pretty good, too

  • We require 48 hours notification in the event of a cancelled session; otherwise the deposit is forfeited. 

  • The engineer begins setup at the session start time. Early setups can be accommodated; please inquire about options

  • Files are sent via an email link. We use WeTransfer. It is free to download to a desktop, but downloading to a mobile device does require installing the free app.

  • We service all genres of music, and are able to supply studio musicians and producers within each genre

  • While many people ask this question, we look to keep the privacy of our clients a top priority. 

  • Yes. Please see our gear section for all available gear. Please provide 3 days notice on all gear requests. If something is unavailable, we will do our best to supply appropriate alternatives and options.

  • Studio rates can vary depending on the session. Please contact the studio to discuss.

  • While bringing friends to a session can be exciting, we find its typically best to only have essential elements of the production in the studio. This tends to allow artists to make the most of their time  

  • We accommodate many sessions where there are visiting engineers and producers. Studio policy ensures that we also provide a house engineer to assist.

  • Yes. Studio musicians are often added to productions. Two weeks or more of notice is typically needed to arrange schedules, and musician rates can vary.

  • While there is no designated parking lot for the studio, there is usually ample parking on the street. Please note that parking meters are in effect 

  • Any files/mixes that will be needed for your session should be sent via email or physical drop-off prior to the session. Please ensure all ‘permissions’ are granted for the files as well as make any links ‘shareable’

  • Yes. A producer is often the key element in making a production come together. While many artists and bands self-produce, hiring a producer opens up many more avenues during the recording process.

  • If there are no sessions immediately after yours, yes. Simply let the engineer/management know. Any adjustments in the invoice will need to be settled prior to sending files.

  • We use Quickbooks, which accepts all forms of digital payment. Cash is also accepted when arranged prior.

  • There are no drinks permitted in the control room or live rooms. Our two lounges provide plenty of space for eating or drinking. Smoking and/or vaping is only allowed outdoors or on our lovely balcony.
