  • We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.

  • Setup begins at your scheduled session time. If you need an early setup, please contact us to discuss options.

  • Yes. Browse our gear list to see what's available. Please provide at least 3 days' notice for gear requests so we can arrange alternatives if needed.

  • We prioritize client privacy and maintain confidentiality for all sessions.

  • We recommend keeping sessions limited to essential production personnel. This helps artists stay focused and make the most of their studio time.

  • Yes. We welcome visiting engineers and producers. A house engineer will also be present to assist with the session.

  • Yes. We can arrange professional session musicians for your project. Please provide at least two weeks' notice to coordinate schedules. Musician rates vary.

  • Street parking is typically available near the studio. Please note that metered parking is in effect via Asbury Park Parking.

  • Email any reference tracks, rough mixes, or session files you'll need in advance. Ensure file permissions are set and any shared links are accessible.

  • Yes. We can connect you with experienced producers who can elevate your project. Many artists find that working with a producer opens up creative possibilities during recording.

  • If no session is scheduled immediately after yours, extensions are possible. Notify your engineer or management, and any additional charges must be settled before files are delivered.

  • We accept all major digital payment methods through QuickBooks, as well as cash by prior arrangement.

  • No food or drinks are permitted in the control room or live rooms. Our two lounges provide comfortable space for refreshments. Smoking and vaping are only allowed outdoors or on the balcony.

  • Assistants can be arranged upon request. Please let us know your needs when booking.
